The combined washing and rinse system has an innovative, patent-pending self-cleaning of the washing arms with every rinse cycle.

How does this work?

When the washing program is started, the washing arm is flooded with the washing liquor. Within one second, the dirt is conveyed beyond the inflowing washing liquor. With increasing washing pressure, the ball located in the interior of the washing arm is pressed against the flush valve and closes it. As a result, the washing liquor is distributed completely over the washing nozzles to the items to be washed.

Easy at the push of a button

User-friendly and energy-saving: With the additional selectable hood lift from HOBART, you can easily close your machine at the push of a button. After the rinsing process, the hood opens automatically.

Integrated water softening

The optionally integrable water softening removes hardening minerals from the water. This prevents limescale deposits which can lead to extended program runtimes, blown-out heating elements and to defective rinsing results.

Level monitoring efficient and easy

The level indicator monitors the contents of external and built-in chemical containers. This always alerts you to the refilling of the cleaner and rinse aid in good time, which ensures an optimal washing result.

In order to make your work easier, the washing and rinse system can be removed and reinset via the CLIP-IN system with just one handle.

Even during operation, the existing heat remains contained in the system. The rinse water does not cool down on the 15 mm thickly insulated walls of the hood. This increases the use of heat and thus saves energy.

With the new VAPOSTOP ER feature, the HOBART hood dishwashers offer the optimal solution for reducing energy consumption.

The hood and a heat exchanger, which is closed on all sides, achieve a high degree of efficiency in combination. VAPOSTOP ER is integrated into the machine and prevents energy losses during and after the rinsing process, as no hot steam can escape. The energy is used to heat the fresh water flowing in.

Use wastewater refined

The energy of the 60 °C hot wastewater is used to heat the fresh water. And this is how it works: the optional wastewater heat recovery directs the hot wastewater along the fresh water flowing in. This heats the fresh water to up to 40 °C before it is heated to the required rinse temperature in the boiler.

Permanent washing program

GENIUS-X2 fine filter system

Keeps the washing liquor permanently clean
The further developed fine filter system cleans the dirty water in just three steps and thus reduces the cleaning consumption.

The tank stays clean
Coarse dirt and food residues are collected in the sieve basket and cannot enter the tank.

Fine dirt is derived
After 10 seconds, the collected fine dirt is guided out of the machine.

Washing does the rest
During the washing, the remaining fine dirt is collected and pumped out.
