Offenburg, 17 March 2026 – HOBART has been awarded the Best Product Green Award 2026 in the Technology category by the trade magazine KÜCHE. The award was presented to the FLOW Line flight-type dishwasher for its innovative SMART VISION CONTROL feature.
AI-supported warewashing technology
The FLOW Line combines artificial intelligence with smart automation solutions. The AI-based feature SMART VISION CONTROL recognizes every item of wash ware placed on the conveyor belt and adjusts the wash and rinse parameters in a fraction of a second. The AI-supported ASR² automatic soil removal feature, for which a patent has been filed, adjusts the drain cycle according to the detected soil level of the items.
With this award, the magazine honors products that impress with particularly sustainable technologies and make an important contribution to energy- and resource-efficient kitchen processes.
